Message from me 

If you are reading my blog I send much love and healing to you. All our stories of loss are different, but the emotions and devastation are the same. Feel free to write on this forum and find another way to connect with others. 

The loss is hard to explain to people unless they have the same one. My family and friends gave support however I knew they had no idea of my pain and daily struggle. 

It does get easier especially as time passes but the first years are torture emotionally. 

Take heart that you can come through this and survive.
